  • Chief Operating Officer

    Founded in 2013 by alumni from Yale College, our core team consists of millennials with diverse expertise in management consulting, international education, development, nonprofit evaluation, and Internet technology. We are looking for a mission-focused, strategic, and process-minded leader with experience leading an effective team, developing a performance culture, and building partnerships for scale. Working closely with the Executive Director and Founding Team, the COO will be involved in the strategic planning process for shaping the organization’s direction and have both external facing and internal facing responsibilities.
